The Internship Experience

 

Below you will find my internship forms for the 2015-16 School Year. In this experience, I've been fortunate enough to have learned deeply about my own school in (after July) what will be a total of around 300 hours of administrative-affiliated work. If you happen to cross-reference my initial action plan with these self-reported forms, you'll undoubtedly notice that the experience itself, despite all the planning in the world, didn't necessarily turn out the way it was "supposed" to. This, to me, is an incontrovertible truth every leader faces at some point in their time at the helm—the importance of planning is only matched by the uncertainty of the future it's designed for.
